Inauguration of the new IORA Secretariat

The Inauguration of the new IORA Secretariat premises took place in Ebene, Mauritius on May 2012. H.E The Hon. Dr Arvin Boolell, GOSK, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Mauritius inaugurated the IORA Secretariat.
