Working Group on Heads of Mission (WGHM)
The Working Group of Heads of Mission (WGHM) consists of Heads of Diplomatic Missions of IORA Member States based in Pretoria, South Africa.
The WGHM meets regularly to review the work programme presented by the Chair of the Council of Ministers. It acts as a follow-up mechanism to focus on issues directly referred to the WGHM by the CSO and COM.The WGHM meets as decided by the COM, or as often as mutually decided.
